Silicones

This silicone fluid/resin blend is useful as a release agent for all thermosetting resins, particularly urethanes and epoxies. Can be used for rigid polyurethanes, epoxies, polyesters, TPR and other thermosetting resins. Thermally stable and chemically resistant.

A high solids (6%) blend of medium and high viscosity silicone fluids. It leaves a colorless, tenacious wet film when applied and is recommended for difficult release applications (rubber molding) as well as a lubricant for rubber or applications where high friction may be encountered. Can be used on saw blades, zippers, and conveyors. Prevents build up of ink, glue and paint.

A release agent/lubricant dispersed in solvent. Its active ingredient complies with FDA regulations. This product can be used as a lubricant for certain applications. Ideal parting and release agent for most applications once the solvent has completely evaporated. Eliminates squeaking and sticking in most applications.

Use as a lubricant, release agent, water repellent, and protective coating. The dry silicone film is non-flammable, colorless, non-staining, waxless, and heat-stable; unaffected by temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) to over 200°C (392°F). Use on such equipment as ovens, freezers, conveyors, belts and chutes. Proper use of silicone spray minimizes clean-up time, speeds equipment disassembly, stops sticking and binding, protects equipment, and increases production. Safe for use on food packaging & processing equipment. Use on cool ovens ONLY. Avoid spraying pilot light. NSF Registered for H1.

A universal silicone lubricant and release agent. A 3% solids medium viscosity silicone. It leaves a colorless, tenacious dry film when applied and is recommended for difficult release applications (rubber molding) as well as a lubricant for rubber or applications where high friction may be encountered. Although flammable when being applied, once the solvents evaporate the remaining silicone lubricant film is essentially non-flammable. Fast evaporating, reduces friction, prevents sticking, economical. Use on rubber gaskets and o-rings. VOC compliant.

An effective light-duty release agent for all types of materials, including wax, ceramics, plastics, T.F.E., and rubber. Spray any-way valve for application in any direction. A non-staining, non-corrosive formula that will perform at temperatures between 40°F and 550°F (4°C and 288°C) on substrate. It is safe on rubber, wood, metals, and most plastics. Applies in any direction for hard to reach applications. It meets FDA regulation 21 CFR 181.28 as a release agent in the manufacture of food contacting material. Parts release agent for plastic injection molding using ABS, PC, acrylic and other plastics; blow mold and compression mold; and extruders, castings, wax, rubber and other applications requiring effective parts release.
