Penetrants

A lubricant that dries wet electrical and ignition systems, penetrates and loosens frozen nuts and bolts, prevents rust on metal surfaces and makes assembly and disassembly of machinery easier. Excellent light, all-purpose lubricant. Dries wet electrical and ignition systems. Stops tool and dies from rusting. Use on wet electrical systems, frozen nuts and bolts, squeaking metal parts, mechanical linkages.

An economical lubricating oil for use an food processing equipment. This product meets NSF H-1 regulation for lubricants authorized for incidental food contact. Penetrates surface to loosen rust, corrosion, scales, and dirt. Leaves a clear, slippery, stainless film to prevent sticking of machinery parts. Excellent for use in areas where silicone overspray might interfere with carton sealing or capping operations. Will not harm paint, metal, most plastics, or wood surfaces. Resists moisture. Leaves no gummy residue. Reduces noise and wear where friction occurs. This product has the ability to separate from water, even under acid/alkali conditions. High dielectric strength of 30 kV/mm. Use in processing plants, dairies, bakeries, bottling plants, supermarkets, breweries, and grain elevators. Apply to chains, bearings, belts, machinery valves, pistons, rollers, stainless steel pumps, bottle filling machinery, slicing machines, cams on rotary type fillers, mixers, conveyors, slides, and guides.

Combines rapid freezing and a special penetrating lubricant to easily loosen bound parts. Sprayed areas shrink and create openings to allow the lubricant to penetrate and open up the toughest bonds. Liberal application will loosen threads, tightened fitted parts, sliding and rotating parts, bolts, hinges and pins which have been “frozen” by corrosion. The formula will protect against renewed corrosion.

Use a new technology that immediately freezes and shrinks seized and corroded nuts, bolts, pins, hinges, and studs allowing the lubricant to penetrate and loosen the toughest applications. Spraying a liberal amount on the area will allow product to reach deeper in the toughest of applications and work more successfully than other penetrants and will also shield against renewed corrosion. Use in factories, automotive repair centers, manufacturing plants, machine shops, and anywhere corrosion is a big problem.
