Penetrants

Features a forceful jet spray and a powerful penetrating catalyst which help provide rapid penetration through rust and corrosion to free frozen parts. Reduces friction and wear over a broad temperature range. Leaves a long-lasting lubricating film to defend against rust and corrosion. Creeps and pulls itself up, around and into cracks, crevices and threads with powerful capillary action. Saturate part to be loosened and allow product to penetrate for a moment before attempting to break free. For heavily encrusted pieces a wire brush may be used to help remove corrosion. Apply a light final spray to all parts prior to reassembly.

Use a new technology that immediately freezes and shrinks seized and corroded nuts, bolts, pins, hinges, and studs allowing the lubricant to penetrate and loosen the toughest applications. Spraying a liberal amount on the area will allow product to reach deeper in the toughest of applications and work more successfully than other penetrants and will also shield against renewed corrosion. Use in factories, automotive repair centers, manufacturing plants, machine shops, and anywhere corrosion is a big problem.

A penetrating lubricant that will loosen dirt and scale from painted and plated surfaces. Remove loosened scale and spray again to cover surface. Liberal application will loosen threads, tightly fitted parts, sliding and rotating parts, bolts, hinges and pins which have been “frozen” by corrosion. It protects electrical gear, metal and other surfaces from deterioration by displacing water and moisture and sealing all surfaces with a complete molecular film. It preserves equipment, thus reducing repair and maintenance costs. Also lubricates, loosens dirt, scale and other corrosive elements; never becomes dry, brittle or hard. Protects the properties of insulating substances and does away with wicking. The conductivity of commutators and contacts is protected by the formula. Can be used on either dry or wet surfaces. To ensure adequate protection, periodic checks should be made to determine the need for reapplication.
