Dry Lubricants

A molybdenum disulfide dry film lubricant that withstands high pressures and temperatures. Lubricates moving parts of all kinds. Fast drying with minimal transfer. Protects from rusting and corrosion by displacing moisture. Reduces metal to metal contact on treated surfaces. Service temperatures range from -40°F to 600°F. Molybdenum disulfide replaces graphite to free frozen surfaces, stop galling and seizing of metals and prevent chattering, extending the life of machinery and equipment. Provides a protective barrier that resists dust and abrasive particles and withstands water, oils, alkali and most acids. Convenient aerosol is ideal for lubricating surfaces where a liquid lubricant is not practical. For lubrication of all metal moving parts including high speed gears, machine tools, pump assemblies, conveyors, bearings, wire cable, pipe, engines, heavy equipment, and exposed metal parts. A white, tetrafluoroethylene telomer dispersion that imparts a fine, dry film and produces a slick, friction-free surface with excellent lubricity and anti-static properties. The film is chemically stable, insoluble in water and solvents, non-flammable and thermally stable. Excellent dry film lubricant for leather, plastics, elastomers, cord, twine, rope and cable. Reduces friction on metal, saw blades, guides, threaded connections and connectors. Excellent release agent for molded rubber parts, molded plastics, gaskets, pressure-sensitive labels, thermoplastic rubber, paint, spray booths and provides no interference with post decorating.
