A restorative coating fortified with zinc for preventing rust and corrosion on ferrous metal surfaces. Aerosol metallic zinc flake that is 97% pure. The bright zinc coating will restore galvanized steel to the bright look of hot dip with 65% zinc in the dry film which meets ASTM A780 standards. Provides good durability and salt spray resistance without containing lead chromates, methylene chloride or fluorocarbons. Galvanic protection is consistent with zinc content. Excellent hide and blending abilities.

Provides corrosion protection to ferrous metal surfaces; first as a longlived coating of practically pure zinc comparable to that obtained by galvanization and second, through sacrificial anodization. Aerosol metallic zinc dust that is 97% pure, which leaves 93% zinc in the dry film. The zinc fuses to metal substrates for protection equal to or better than hot-dipped galvanizing. This protection becomes effective when the surface is scratched, broken, or corrupted. With the presence of moisture the zinc coating will corrode while continuing to protect the metal it covers.

A long-term, petroleum-based indoor/outdoor corrosion suppressant. This removable, translucent amber film protects in the most severe environments for up to 2 years. Prevents rust and corrosion caused by moisture and oxidation and resists acids formed by a corrosive atmosphere. Provides excellent long-term outdoor weather protection and lasts until you want to remove it. Removes easily with paint solvent or kerosene. Safe for all metals. Safe for most plastic and rubber. Withstands up to 1000 hours of salt spray testing per ASTM B117. Ideal for long-term storage or shipment of metallic surfaces against corrosion such as equipment, tools and machinery. Salt spray protection makes it invaluable for ocean shipments.

Provides rust and corrosion barrier for short or long-term indoor and outside storage. Easy application and removal. Use on tools, steel stock, parts, and temporary or extended protection of machinery. Do not use on electrical equipment or machinery while in operation.

A tough, yet flexible coating for insulating coils, transformers, and other electrical components. Good adhesion, and high dielectric strength makes this product especially useful for coating turns on electrical windings that will be exposed to extreme moisture and oils. It penetrates thoroughly and air-dries tack free in 15 minutes, hardens in 1 hour. Superior to lacquers and acrylics. Epoxy Ester resin is rated Thermal Class F. Insulating Epoxy Coating allows for motor heat expansion and contraction. The flexible finish is resilient over time, and doesn’t become brittle. Penetrates, coats and seals in one step. Protects equipment for long periods. This product has excellent moisture, oil, alkali, and chemical resistance. Use on field coils, exposed metal, windings, taped coils, frayed insulation, pitted motor windings, bus bars, collector rings, transformers, armatures, and commutator ends. Highly recommended for coating turns on electrical windings that are exposed to extreme moisture and oils.

A no flash, waterbase formula that provides a protective coating to aid in the removal of weld spatter, and helps to keep welding tips and nozzles clean. Prevents weld spatter from adhering to surrounding metal surfaces. Leaves a transparent, light yellow, tacky film that visually certifies proper coverage. Prevents spatter adhesion on base metal, thus eliminating grinding and chiseling. This product is highly heat-resistant and flameproof when applied as directed. Easily removed when welding is completed. Contains no silicones. Use on various welding and torch cutting devices where weld spatter could be a problem, including MIG and TIG nozzles and tips, electrode holders, fixtures, resistant welding tips, and all types of maintenance/production welding.
