AEROSOL STORE SALES POLICY
The Aerosol Store is a division of Blonde Monster, LLC. The Store was established to provide a convenient way for consumers to order quality industrial strength aerosol products. We currently only sell and ship within the United States. Shipping is normally via UPS Ground. Shipments are made directly to our customers. Taxes are charged on shipments made in the State of Florida.

NEW CUSTOMERS
Customers who desire to have an Aerosol Store account can apply by clicking on the Register link located on the right side column of the store.

PAYMENT METHODS
The Aerosol Store only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

ORDERING POLICY
Orders can be placed 24/7, and will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
The Aerosol Store's exclusive automatic order and shipping confirmation system confirms your orders and shipments via e-mail at the time the order is placed. Order confirmation includes product and shipping charges.

FREIGHT
Unless otherwise stated, all freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on the weight of the product shipped.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
Credits for freight damage or shortages are allowed only by submitting a copy of the signed freight bill showing the damage or shortage.

PACKAGE
Most Terand products are furnished with an MSDS packed in each case except Seymour Specialty Paints & Coatings. MSDS documentation for these paints is available for download at the manufacturer's website.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are warranted for one (1) year from date of invoice. Before contacting Aerosol Store Customer Service to request warranty service, please have the code numbers ready that are displayed on the bottom of the aerosol product. Aerosol Store may request that a sample of the product be returned for evaluation prior to issuance of a credit.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY
Aerosol Store does not accept returned merchandise for credit or refund. All sales are final. Aerosol Store strives to provide quality products, reliable service, and fast delivery. Please contact us for a replacement within 7 days if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Aerosol Store-issued Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be received within 10 days from issuance of the RAN. An $8.00 per dozen restocking fee may be deducted from any credit due. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid unless otherwise determined.

REGULATORY
Pesticide / Germicide
To eliminate registration expense and paperwork burden, Terand products are registered in many states. Please verify that the desired Terand product is registered in the state in which it is being sold. We cannot sell to states where the product is not registered for sale. Sorry for the inconvenience.

PRICING
Pricing displayed online supersedes all previous pricing information and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in government regulations on the imposition of extraordinary surcharges, taxes, or increased cost from our suppliers. Product and pricing updates, revisions, additions or deletions will be announced via this website.
